Click the "Download" button to download PuzzlePublisherSetup.exe. When finished downloading, run PuzzlePublisherSetup.exe (you will be promted to open in when it is finished downloading) and following the installation instructions. To launch PuzzlePublisher, double click on the Puzzle Publisher icon on your desktop, or go to the Start menu and select All Programs->Puzzle Publisher->Puzzle Publisher.
